Absolutely gorgeous terms of service, with an easily readable english summary in the right column. Serious kudos to their lawyers, and a great example of how web2.0 companies should write TOS
This makes me want to use their service…or work for their company. Interesting for me to ponder the the legal effect of having a summary that purports to interpret the contract (what happens if the meaning varies? what’s the binding effect of an emoticon?) but I have to say, this is the sort of thing we want to encourage.
