Incredibly smart idea – Yamli lets you type words in Arabic the way you'd say them, then gives transliteration into Arabic, which can be cut and pasted. Great system for folks without access to an Arabic keyboard.

A fine Gladwell piece that offers a useful insight into why immigrants often have an advantage in starting businesses – they've got fewer existing social ties that might cause business failure. Generally an interesting set of ideas about the benefits of being an outsider.

Eternal Moonwalk – a lovely participatory media memorial for Michael Jackson, which invites people to video themselves moonwalking… and knits the scenes together into an eternal moonwalk. Charming.
